Vlepa Apps ("we", "our", "us") operates the Lines of Action mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use the App.

Information We Collect

The App itself does not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location. However, the App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google AdMob — serves advertisements and may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage data. Google Privacy Policy
• Firebase Analytics — collects anonymous usage statistics such as session duration, screens viewed, and in-app events. Firebase Privacy
• Google Play Billing — processes in-app purchases. Payment information is handled entirely by Google. Google Privacy Policy
• Firebase Authentication — when you use online multiplayer, we assign your device an anonymous user ID. No name, email, or password is required. Firebase Privacy
• Cloud Firestore — stores your online profile and gameplay data (see "Online Multiplayer" below). Firebase Privacy

How We Use Information

Anonymous analytics data is used solely to improve the App experience, understand which features are popular, and fix issues.

Online Multiplayer

The App offers an optional online multiplayer mode where you can play matches with friends. When you use this feature:

• We assign your device an anonymous user ID via Firebase Authentication. We do not ask for or store your real name, email address, or password.
• We assign you a randomly generated display name (for example, "SwiftWolf42") from a curated word list. You cannot enter free-form text, so no personal information is shared through your name.
• We store your gameplay data — match history, win/loss statistics, your chosen avatar, and an approximate country code derived from your device language settings (not GPS). This data is stored on Google Firebase Cloud Firestore.
• Players you connect with can see your display name, avatar, recent match results, and online/offline status. Your online status (presence) lets friends know when you are available to play — it updates only while the App is open and is cleared when you close it.
• To keep the community safe, you can report or block other players directly in the App. Reports are reviewed manually and abusive accounts may be banned.

Online multiplayer is free and does not require creating an account. Data processors for this feature are Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, and Analytics).

You can delete your online account and all associated data at any time directly in the App (Online screen), or by contacting info@vlepa.app.

Advertising

The App displays ads via Google AdMob. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. You can also purchase the "Remove Ads" option within the App to disable all advertisements.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

Data Retention

Analytics and advertising data are stored by Firebase/Google and are subject to Google's data retention policies. If you use online multiplayer, your anonymous profile and gameplay data (display name, avatar, match history, statistics, country code, and online status) are stored in Google Firebase until you delete them. You can delete your account and data at any time directly in the App (Online screen), or by contacting info@vlepa.app.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of any data associated with your use of the App by contacting us. You can also reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
